Our very own Dr. Segal has proven experience as an refractive surgeon and has been practicing IntraLase (Blade-Free) LASIK since 2004. He received his Bachelors and medical degree at The University of Texas and performed his internship at the Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance California. He then moved on to graduate from the residency program at The University of Texas Medical Division, Galveston and is Board Certified in Ophthalmology.
